Why Havoc: Sound Engineering, Machined In
An un-faired Harley is the hardest place to make music. At highway speed, wind noise at the helmet can top 100 dB, and it buries the body of vocals and guitars. More watts don't fix that. Engineering does. Every Havoc Roar Stereo is CNC-machined from billet aluminum, so we design the sound system first and build the hardware around it. Three principles guide every system:
- Frequency Differentiation: each speaker plays only what it does best. Handlebar pods are filtered at 241 Hz to send clean vocals and detail straight to your helmet, while 6.5" highway bar speakers carry the mid-bass that cuts through the wind.
- Channel Architecture: every speaker location gets its own dedicated amplifier channel, so power goes where distance demands it, without clipping.
- System Integration: a nacelle-mounted head unit with real buttons, and speakers that stay on your Road King or Softail with the windshield on or off.
