From a small custom shop in 2014 to a fully registered Canadian motorcycle manufacturer — building production customs that hit the road ready to ride.
Havoc Motorcycles started life in 2014 as a small custom shop.
Back then we were called Hot Baggers Custom Motorcycles, and all we cared about was building wild Harley-Davidsons that actually worked: big wheels, stretched bags, clean bodywork, serious engine builds, and audio systems that could drown out the highway.
Along the way we built relationships with some of the biggest names in the game — S&S Cycle, Bad Dad, Paul Yaffe, American Suspension, and more. Those partnerships started on the shop floor and they're still part of what we do today.

Pretty quickly, the phone started ringing for parts. Riders, indie shops, and even Harley-Davidson dealers across Canada were calling us asking, "Can we have one of those?" So we started supplying parts and giving the same straight-up advice whether you were local or three time zones away. The website grew, the orders grew, and so did the expectations.
By 2016, we decided to push it to the next level.
Instead of replacing half of a Harley, we asked a simple question: Why not build the whole bike from scratch?
That's when Havoc Motorcycles was born. The idea was simple:

If you're going to build motorcycles from the ground up, they can't just look mean — they have to meet serious standards for safety, quality, and engineering.
So we did two big things.
First, we partnered with Wild West Motor Company in the United States — legends of the California chopper scene since the 1980s. We built and sold their Gunfire pro-street and Dragoon chopper in Canada, and they built our bagger-style bikes in the U.S., badged as Havoc Motorcycles.
Along the way, we absorbed Wild West's 40+ years of manufacturing experience and wrote our own Quality Assurance Policy, baking that mindset into everything we do.
Second, we became an actual, fully registered motorcycle manufacturer.
After a year of internal torture-testing, track testing, and independent third-party engineering tests in Nevada, the results spoke for themselves: our bikes accelerated, handled, and stopped as well or better than the 'other brand' - yes, even with a 26" front wheel.
In July 2018, the Canadian Department of Transport granted us Ministerial Authorization to affix the Canadian National Safety Mark to our bikes. That certificate, with the Canadian Coat of Arms, hangs in our assembly area as a daily reminder: take pride in what you made, before you put that Maple Leaf on it.
We also joined the Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers Association (CVMA) and were granted our own World Manufacturer Identifier (WMI).
If you see a VIN starting with 2H9, that's a Havoc.
Our bikes are in the Insurance Bureau of Canada database, which means you can register and insure a Havoc the same way you would any big-brand production bike — except yours didn't roll off a conveyor belt.

Yes, we've built celebrity bikes — including the "Iron Flight" Special Edition for Mike Tyson.
But honestly? Whether it's a pro fighter, a shop owner, or a guy who wrenches on weekends, the mentality is the same: we build serious stuff for people who actually ride.
For us, it's always been about partnerships and shared obsession — working with people who care as much about the details as we do.
That same obsession led us to our friends at Aquatic AV — the name behind some of the toughest waterproof audio systems in the marine and motorcycle world.
We loved their gear, and we liked their people even more. So we became their first Canadian distributor, pushing their products through a growing network of dealers across the country.
Then we went one step further.
We started machining full Harley stereo ecosystems built around Aquatic AV components set to launch in January 2026 – the Havoc Roar Stereo - as engineered solutions for naked Harleys like the Road King, Softail, Dyna, and customs. Purpose-built brackets, billet speaker pods, clean wiring, real power. Not just "louder," but better.
And we're not done.
Havoc started as a small custom shop and turned into a manufacturer with its own VIN code, high quality standards, and an innovative way of doing things.
Next up: we're working on a new line of electric sport motorcycles, built with the same mindset — performance first, customization always, and no compromise on quality or safety.
We're still here for riders who look at a stock bike and think, "Nice start."
If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
