Our Commitment to Total Quality
Havoc Motorcycles builds high-performance machines that are meant to be ridden hard, trusted daily, and owned for years. Quality isn't a box we tick at the end—it's a system we build into every step, from engineering through final road test.
Quality Policy
- •We operate on a simple principle: quality is built-in, not inspected-in.
- •That means defined procedures, traceability, and verification at every stage—so the final motorcycle is the predictable result of a repeatable process.
Engineering Oversight
- •We retain an external automotive engineering partner (Motion Design Associates) to provide peer review, recommend best practices, and help verify that our internal procedures align with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
Supplier & Purchasing Standards
We select suppliers based on more than performance:
- •Proven track record of quality and consistency
- •Ability to support warranty repair/replacement
- •Long-term business stability
- •Clear communication protocols, including notification in the event of a recall
Periodic External Testing
- •Our motorcycles undergo periodic third-party testing at dedicated motorcycle test facilities to validate performance and safety beyond our internal testing.
- •Components we manufacture—such as billet aluminum wheels—also undergo periodic third-party testing to JASO standards at test centers in the United States.
Quality Checks & Final Approval
Before delivery, every motorcycle is:
- •Independently inspected to Road Safety Standards
- •Documented with inspection certification and retained in the vehicle dossier
- •Road-tested to verify drivetrain, steering, suspension, brakes, and handling
What This Means For You
When you take delivery of a Havoc motorcycle, you're receiving a machine that has been built under a documented quality system, inspected by independent technicians, and road-tested under real conditions. You're not the first person to ride it—our test rider already has. That's how we verify every bike leaves our shop the way it should: ready to ride.
Road Testing, Delivery Timing, and Test Miles
Every motorcycle is road-tested on a closed course or under a dealer plate. Testing includes city riding and highway speeds to validate real-world function.
Because safe road testing requires clear roads, we typically do not ship motorcycles in winter (roughly November–April).
You may notice light signs of use on tires and brakes, and the odometer will show a small number of test miles—that's not wear; it's verification.
