Havoc Wheels Lifetime Structural Warranty
Every Havoc wheel is backed by a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal use.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural failure (cracks, breakage) under normal operating conditions
- Hub assembly defects
- Finish defects (delamination, peeling) when properly maintained
What's NOT Covered
- •Damage from collision, impact, or crash
- •Improper installation or use of incorrect hardware/torque specs
- •Modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorized by Havoc
- •Normal wear (cosmetic scratches, road rash, brake dust staining)
- •Damage from improper maintenance or use of harsh chemicals
- •Wheels used in racing, stunt riding, or commercial applications
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your wheel has a manufacturing defect or structural issue:
- 1.Contact us via email at sales@havoc-motorcycles.com or use our contact form with photos and a description of the issue
- 2.Include proof of purchase and photos showing the defect
- 3.We'll review and confirm whether the issue is covered
- 4.If approved, we'll arrange repair or replacement at no charge
Important Notes
- •Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- •You may be responsible for shipping costs to return the wheel for inspection
- •Warranty decisions are at Havoc's sole discretion after inspection
- •Havoc reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion
