Harley-Davidson Wheel Support and Quotes

Fitment, lead times, shipping, warranty, and quotes—straight answers from builders.

Fitment Help

Choosing wheels shouldn't feel like roulette. Tell us what you're riding and what look/performance you want, and we'll confirm fitment before you spend a dime.

To confirm fitment, we'll usually ask:

  • Bike model + year (and trim if applicable)
  • Front and/or rear wheel size you want (ex: 16 / 18 / 21)
  • ABS: yes/no
  • Current tire size (or what you want to run)
  • Rotor/Brake setup (stock vs upgraded)
  • Any special notes: wide tire kits, fender clearance changes, air ride, raked trees, etc.

What we do on our side:

  • Confirm hub/rotor interface, spacing, and alignment
  • Confirm tire clearance and "real world" fitment constraints
  • Recommend tire sizing that matches your goal (stance, handling, and stability)

Quick note: If you're unsure, don't guess—send a photo of your current setup and we'll guide you.

Shipping & Lead Times

We ship across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Timing depends on whether your order is in-stock or built/prepped (finish work, special packaging, etc.).

Typical lead time categories

  • In-stock / ready-to-ship: usually ships in 1–2 business days
  • Finish/prep work (powder coat, paint-to-match, etc.): quoted at time of order
  • Built-to-order / special configurations: quoted at time of order

Shipping notes for wheels

  • Wheels—and wheel/tire packages—ship by standard courier service, typically Canpar, UPS, and Purolator.
  • Tracking is always provided.
  • Remote/extended service areas can add time in transit.

Support / FAQ

It depends on your model/year, your front-end setup, and your goal (handling vs stance). Tell us what you're riding and what look you want—we'll recommend a size and tire combo that fits and rides right.

Yes. We'd rather spend 3 minutes confirming details than have you stuck with the wrong setup.

Yes. ABS is supported. The only detail is that the ABS bearing/ring setup can depend on wheel diameter (for example, 21"/23" applications and certain fat-tire setups use specific ABS bearings). We'll confirm what your bike needs and install the correct ABS bearing as part of your wheel setup.

Options vary by package. We can supply wheels only, or wheels with supporting parts depending on your build. Tell us what you want included and we'll quote it clearly.

We offer finishes depending on the wheel and style—tell us your goal (raw billet, black, contrast, paint-to-match, etc.) and we'll outline the best options and lead time.

Installation time varies by bike and configuration. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified shop. If you're doing it yourself, we can provide guidance on what to check during install.

Sometimes—depending on your bike, brakes, and kit configuration. We'll identify anything required in the quote.

In principle, yes—as long as it's unused and uninstalled. If a wheel is special order or finished to a custom powder coat/paint color, it's not returnable. Generally, if a wheel has not had a tire mounted and has not been mounted on the motorcycle, it can be returned (subject to the site Returns Policy and return authorization).

Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos of the box, label, and the item. We'll move quickly with you and the carrier.
