Some sellers on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay, Facebook, etc. are not authorized to sell Aquatic AV products. Those products, usually offered at deep discounts, may not be genuine Aquatic AV products, they may not function properly, and most importantly, they are not covered under warranty.

Aquatic AV has issued a “Do Not Buy List” list, on their website here.

It’s hard to keep up with the way unscrupulous sellers keep changing their names, so just because a name is not on the list (yet) it doesn’t mean that it’s ok to buy from them. Remember, when you see a price that is too good to be true, it usually is.

We believe genuine Aquatic AV products are the very finest in the industry. They are backed by a solid 2-year warranty. To qualify for the warranty, you must purchase from an Authorized Distributor, who provides you with a receipt showing 1) your name and address; 2) the date of purchase; and 3) the serial number of the unit.

For the last 9 years, Havoc Motorcycles has been an Authorized Distributor for Canada. When you purchase from Havoc Motorcycles, you get an added bonus: we honor the Aquatic AV warranty right in Canada. This means you deal directly with us, and you do not have to send anything all the way to California (at your expense) for warranty.
